Let Me Know If This Sounds Like You:

You’re a person who puts in all you’ve got at work. You do your best to climb the proverbial corporate ladder, doing more for less, feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, noticing that others around you are often getting by doing much less or seemingly excelling with much less effort than you.

You may be one of the millions, no – billions – of individuals, who dread Monday mornings, cringing at the thought of having to go back to work.

Do you wonder how your great job leaves you feeling stuck, small, inconsequential, and even sometimes, unfulfilled as if no matter how much you accomplish, you’re not getting the appreciation you know you deserve?

Does it seem like your colleagues and coworkers appear to be chugging along, doing well, and getting ahead?

But maybe, in quiet moments with your close friends, the conversation shifts to something more — a shared sense that…

There Must Be More To Life & Work Than This…?!

Do the days of the pandemic feel nostalgic as you remember secretly delighting in no longer having to keep up the harrowing pace of the life we all construct?
Do you fondly recall the times in your life when you could indulge in self-care, and the exploration of creative urges and new hobbies?
Do you spend way too much time reflecting on work? Wondering what the meaning of it all is and if the job you’re doing is what the world needs or what you need during this season of your life?

If this resonates with you and you’ve recognized it’s time for a major (or even minor) change in the work you’re doing and the life you’re living, but you don’t know how to get started or navigate this significant transition, you’ve come to the right place.

We All Have Individual Strengths That Make Us Particularly Strong In Some Areas & Notably Weaker In Others

Spending too much time outside of our realm of brilliance will cause all of us to feel burned out, exhausted, lacking in value and the desire to do our work.

Taking stock of what matters most allows us to hit the reset button and set new boundaries. It allows us to say “no” to unreasonable work demands and requests from others, and to re-insert ourselves and our well-being into the equation.

Not only have I personally navigated these types of transitions in my own life (on more than one occasion) I’ve also walked alongside and guided hundreds of others successfully and thoughtfully through the process.

When You Work With Me Individually, You Benefit From A Strategic Thinking Partner

What that means to you is that I see the road ahead of you from many different angles. Some paths you may be aware of, but in any transition or change in life, the unexpected is expected. Because I’m also a coach and mentor, I will help you avoid the predictable, and preventable, pit falls.

Every client engagement is unique so we walk through the process together to create a program that is tailored to your specific needs. While I’m certified in several personal and professional development tools and methods, I pick and choose what’s most appropriate for each client based on the nuances of their experience.

You Don’t Need To Feel Stuck. Even If You Can’t See Them Now, You Have Options & Opportunities

You have unique strengths, experience, and abilities that others do not possess. This allows you to make unique contributions to whichever firm, organization, or association you choose to join, or business you decide to start. You can earn a good living and do work that is life-giving not soul-sucking! And you don’t need to go through it alone.

Think of it this way. If you’re planning a big trip to somewhere you’ve not yet visited, would you rather rely on the advice of a travel planner, whose knowledge of the area came from the internet or travel brochures? Or would you feel more confident traveling side-by-side with an experienced travel guide who has been where you’re going and knows the terrain?

These Are The Signs:

They don’t come on a billboard, they come in little moments.

These little signs are your higher self, telling you it’s time to play bigger and I can help you get there.

When questions like these come up, it indicates that you’re in transition. Part of your old self, your old life, is calling to grow into something new. You are leveling up, and that is both scary and amazing. This is the work I know I am meant to do!

FAQ’s

Many clients start with a nagging feeling. They feel stuck at work. They worry about the “next step,” or “what it will take to break out of a soul-less job,” or “what they missed in the work world while they were raising a family,” or even “how to ask for the raise or promotion they are qualified to receive but isn’t being easily offered by the boss.”

These nudges from your higher self are signs you’re ready for a transition so be sure to reach out and contact me. We will find the right step for you to take.

Should you wait for it to just happen or is there wisdom in being proactive? As a coach, I say there is wisdom in being proactive. This is the heart of the work. When you know you’re ready, it’s time to take the next step.

It depends! I know that’s frustrating and not what you want to hear. But it really does depend on you and a variety of factors. The thing that will help you understand is that you have invested a lot of time, effort, and energy – literally decades – in becoming the person you are today. The kind of change you desire – change that will be meaningful and sustainable – will not happen overnight. Chances are, you have many layers to peel away and examine with new ideas, beliefs, and thinking to explore and internalize.

This work will likely take at least 6 months, and many of my clients continue for 12 to 18 months. It truly just depends!
