I’m a Consultant, Coach, Mentor, Teacher, Speaker, and Founder of Leadership & Life Potential, LLC. specializing in guiding individuals and businesses through challenging transitions and uncertain paths. I am also the author of Conscious Leadership®: Are Your Leaders Wide Awake? and the host of the podcast, Making Space for Conversations That Matter.
I obtained my Masters Degree in Communications, Emphasis in Leadership from Eastern Washington University, Cheney, Washington, and my Bachelor of Science in Organizational and Mass Communication from Eastern Washington University, Cheney, Washington.
From 2012 – 2017, I worked with the John Maxwell Team as a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. During that time, I helped others improve their Leadership and Life Potential through personalized, one-on-one coaching, MasterMind Groups, training and development, and speaking opportunities.
With the JMT, I was one of a small group who spent a week, each, in Guatemala and Paraguay, teaching Transformational Leadership to participants from all walks of life who went on to initiate significant change in their home countries.
From October 2016 – March 2019, I was the Founder and Curator of Great Expectations Think Space, an unconventional, creative meeting space where individuals, teams, and organizations unleashed their creativity and unlocked their potential. Since then, I have expanded my expertise and toolbox to include a variety of teaching, coaching, and healing modalities, all of which I share generously with clients and community.
My Professional Experience Includes:
Gallup Certified Strengths Coach since 2014, offering in-depth StrengthsFinder coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations create a strengths-based approach to work and life.
Transformational Energy Healer, certified through the Essential Light Institute, 2023. I offer Energy Healing 1:1 either in person or virtually, as well as small-group Energy Circles healing experiences.
As a Lucia N°03 Light Experience Facilitator since 2024. I offer the only Lucia Light experience in the state of West Virginia and am available to facilitate Lucia journeys in other locations.

I firmly believe that to lead a fulfilling life, we must challenge the notion that work should be difficult. Instead, we should strive to blend our passions with our purpose, allowing ourselves to grow and enjoy life to its fullest.
By embracing our true selves and questioning societal beliefs, we create endless possibilities and free ourselves from limiting expectations. Combining work and play fuels personal growth and satisfaction.
Over time, I’ve come to view my work as a "practice," much like an artist's practice, continuously evolving and refining my skills.

Think of me as an experienced travel guide on this journey of life, rather than a travel agent. I have been on – and still am on – this journey myself, which is vastly different than just reading about it!
